A fun-filled integration of yoga movement, games, storytelling, singing, art and craft, mandala drawing, quiet-time exercise and many more, Kid’s Yoga fosters calmness and attention.  It gives children a chance to release stress, control their emotion, recharge and increase their focus.  Class activities cover the four key components as follows: Connect (storytelling, discussion and collective game), Breathe (breathing exercise and breathing game), Move (Yoga flow, Yoga poses and creative movement), Relax (Massage, gratitude practice and quiet game).
